近日，江苏省连云港花果山出口蔬菜、邳州市宿羊山镇大蒜、苏州市太湖大闸蟹、丰县果品、赣榆县泥鳅5个出口食品农产品质量安全示范区获评首批国家级示范区。至此，江苏省已建成国家级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区5个，省级示范区11个、示范基地66个。示范区（基地）总面积达67万亩，年出口额超过7亿美元。

　　江苏省每年出口食品农产品达28亿美元以上，对于加快推进“三农”建设特别是苏北实现小康有着重要作用。为此，江苏省委省政府加大对出口食品农产品质量安全示范区建设的投入，今年再次拨出1亿多元专款给予扶持。同时，积极推进农业标准化，江苏检验检疫局会同省农委、省海洋与渔业局出台了示范基地及示范区建设、认定办法，将良好农业规范（GAP）认证作为企业申报示范区和示范基地的必要条件。先后制定了农产品示范区（基地）生产管理规范基本要求和蔬菜、禽产品、水产品示范区（基地）生产管理规范等4个地方标准，为示范区的标准化建设提供依据。为了突出风险防范，有效提升质量安全水平，江苏省对出口食品农产品质量安全示范区（基地）全部实行动态监管、定期抽查，实现对种子、农药、肥料、种植和采收的全方位、全过程监管。
