越南财政部近日在一份公告中称，2013年1月1日起越南食糖进口关税将上凋近两倍，高达40%，以保护越南国内制糖行业。

　　因预计越南2013年国内糖市供应料过剩，财政部称，白糖新进口关税将自1月1日起生效，目前关税为15%。公告中称，从全球来看，越南糖产量规模较小，但今年产量已超过需求，预计2012/13年度食糖产量将达150-160万吨。
