东北网黑河12月14日讯 记者日前从黑河市商务局了解到，1~10月份，黑河市对外贸易运行良好，全市对外贸易进出口总值完成315763.43万美元，同比增长0.29%，完成省全年调控指标377590万美元的84%。其中，进口123034.78万美元、出口192728.65万美元；边境小额贸易完成70271.45万美元；一般贸易完成230812.37万美元；对俄贸易完成177574.23万美元。进出口贸易额在全省地市中，列牡丹江市、哈尔滨市之后第三位，占全省贸易比重的11%，增幅比全省同期降幅高9.61个百分点，对俄贸易占全省对俄贸易的10%，增幅比全省同期增幅高20个百分点。
