据报道，财政部昨天(17日)透露：从明年1月1日起，我国将对进出口关税进行调整。780多种进口商品将实施低于最惠国税率的年度进口暂定税率，其中特殊配方婴幼儿奶粉关税为5%，显著低于最惠国15%的待遇，为目前税率的一半。

　　财政部网站发布的通知显示，《2013年关税实施方案》新增和进一步降低了包括调味品、心脏起搏器、特殊配方婴幼儿奶粉在内的生活和医疗用品以及资源、科技类产品的进口税率。财政部财政科学研究所副所长刘尚希表示，这对于改善民生、弥补资源不足的缺口、缓解潜在的通胀压力有积极的作用。
