商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳周二表示，11月贸易增速有所回落并非完全因上月及去年同期基数较高等技术性原因，确实有其他因素影响。

　　沈丹阳解释称，进口增速回落，主要因国内需求不够旺盛以及进口价格下滑。出口增速下滑则仍是受外需不足、国内要素成本持续上升、人民币升值以及贸易摩擦加剧等因素影响。
