商务部今日(18日)举行例行发布会，通报2012年1-11月我国商务运行情况。欧盟对中国光伏产品“双反调查”已进入法律调查程序，商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳在发布会上表示，商务部将会继续密切关注案件的调查和裁决情况，并保留在WTO的框架下采取进一步措施的权利。

　　关于中国和欧盟、美国光伏贸易摩擦，沈丹阳表示，现在磋商也好，在协助国内的产业、企业来应对也好，基本上很多工作措施是同步来进行的。

　　今年9月6日和11月8日，欧盟分别对中国光伏产品发起了反倾销和反补贴调查，也就是“双反调查”，目前这个案子已经进入了法律调查程序。沈丹阳表示，商务部对这个案子高度重视，有关行业组织以及涉案企业都在积极应诉。
