墨西哥媒体报道，根据世贸组织数据显示，近四年来，墨西哥成为全球进口税减幅最大的国家。 

Mexico media reports,According to the world trade organization (wto) data display,Nearly four years,Mexico became the largest country in the world import duty damping. 

　　2008年墨西哥开始施行减税计划，根据该计划到2012年为止，墨西哥农业进口税从22.9%将减到14.2%，工业产品进口税从11.1%减到4%。目前，墨西哥工业产品进口税在拉美地区几乎最低，为4.2%，仅次于秘鲁，后者为3.6%，但近四年来减幅仅为1.9%。而金砖四国的工业产品进口税均远远高于墨西哥：巴西14.2%，印度9.8%，中国和俄罗斯为8.7%。
