日前，国家商务部公布2013年稀土出口企业名单并下达总量达1.5万多吨的年内首批出口配额，全国共有24家企业(集团)拿到了首批配额，四川省仅乐山盛和稀土股份有限公司获得693吨出口配额指标，约占配额总量4.47%，在24家企业中位列前十，排名和占比都较去年有所提升。
