据伊朗媒体报道，伊朗石油、天然气和石化产品出口商联盟主席哈桑·霍斯罗杰迪2日在德黑兰对媒体记者表示，伊朗私营部门去年的石油出口量增加了15%，这表明西方对伊朗能源部门施加的制裁没有起作用。

　　霍斯罗杰迪说，导致伊朗私营部门石油出口增加的主要原因是他们与国外客户签署了长期合同。
