欧亚经济委员会会议已于10月12日通过相关决议，关税同盟从12月20日起将部分聚乙烯产品（对外经济活动商品名录 3901 90 900 0）进口关税从现行的10%调至零，其中主要包括化学变性聚乙烯（氯化聚乙烯、氯黄化聚乙烯）、乙烯共聚体等。正式决议已于11月20日公布，决议自公布起30个自然日后生效。（张圣鹏）
