本报去年11月20日以来独家揭秘“美国大杏仁并非杏仁实为扁桃仁，欺骗中国消费者数十载”的系列报道后，一度被有关部门搁置的扁桃仁行业标准终于获得备案，昨天，国家标准委员会官网公布，《熟制扁桃核和仁》、《坚果炒货食品术语》、《坚果炒货食品分类》三项行业标准已于2012年12月31日通过国标委备案。专家表示，标准的出台，为消费者维权、有关部门的执法提供了法律依据。

　　去年3月，商务部发布公告，由中国坚果协会牵头完成的《坚果炒货食品术语》《熟制扁桃核和仁》两项行业标准于2012年6月1日起执行。据了解，在该标准中，对市场上高价旺销的美国大杏仁做了更正——其实为“扁桃仁”。就是这一科学的定义，引发了隶属于商务部的中国食品土畜进出口商会的强烈反应，其于2012年5月向商务部市场建设司发去的一封函件称：“最近制定的《坚果炒货食品术语》中对‘美国大杏仁’的定义违背了事实、海关分类以及几十年的商业惯例，遭到树坚果行业企业以及美国加州杏仁协会的强烈反对……科学证明‘美国大杏仁’是杏仁而不是桃仁。我会希望近期能对《坚果炒货食品术语》重新进行修改与完善，呼吁保留‘美国大杏仁’一词。”故此，都已公示实施的上述标准的备案被有关部门人为搁置，而这也成为原美国加州杏仁商会以及进口商不愿将“美国大杏仁”更名为“扁桃仁”的理由。

　　“其实，即便行业标准不出台，也根本阻止不了‘美国大杏仁’在中国更名的步伐。”中国坚果协会有关负责人表示，因为我国有强制性国标规定，从去年4月20日起，所有预包装食品必须在包装上标明产品的真实属性。“有关方面以前阻挠标准出台，无非是侥幸地认为‘没有标准可依，那么仍然可以叫做‘美国大杏仁’继续欺骗消费者。”一位专家向记者表示，此次标准的出台意义非常重大，为各方提供了一个法律依据：一方面，加工企业一定要按照标准正确命名；另外，工商执法部门对市售产品可以据此执法，而其对市场上销售的扁桃仁仍称为“大杏仁”的产品视而不见的话，就是“不作为”；同时，被欺骗了几十年的中国消费者也可以拿起标准武器，维护自己合法权益。
