记者近日从市商务局获悉，2012年，我市对外贸易保持了快速、稳定增长的良好势头。据海关统计，全市进出口总额累计完成3.5亿美元，历史上首次突破3亿美元大关，提前一个月完成省政府考核目标；同比增长46.1%，分别高于全国、全省39.9、20.5个百分点。其中出口完成2.45亿美元，同比增长167.5%，增幅连续八个月居全省第一，分别高于全国、全省159.6、110.9个百分点；进口完成10431.1万美元。

　　2012年以来，市商务局积极应对后金融危机对我市对外贸易带来的不利影响，在国家、省政府出台的相关外贸促进政策基础上，专门推出促进外贸发展的20条具体措施，并首次在全市开展外贸大宣讲活动，广泛宣传进出口优惠政策，大力深化“政策促进、平台搭建、跟踪服务、部门协作”四项机制，加快建设光伏产品六大出口商品基地，力保我市外贸发展增势。淮南建市60年历史上首次争取设立了海关工作组和检验检疫办事处，新增获权企业30家、实绩企业12家。日芯光伏公司等5家企业荣获海关A类企业资格，有力推动了招商引资和对外贸易便利化。加大重大外向型招商项目跟进服务力度，宝鑫新材料项目、平电三期、日芯光伏二期、中安煤化公司精细化工项目、镍锌电池等相继引进建设，为全市外贸发展增强了后劲。积极组织重点外贸企业参加第111届和第112届广交会、第22届华交会、第15届高交会等境内外展会，引导企业调整外贸出口结构，加快开拓东盟、中东等新兴市场，不断提高国际市场占有率。
