近日，墨西哥发出通报（G/SPS/N/MEX/230），墨西哥经济部及农畜乡村发展渔业食品部通过了国家农业食品卫生安全质量局制定的关税分类及进口受农畜乡村发展渔业食品部法规制约的商品代码协议。该通报协议更新了农畜乡村发展渔业食品部当前使用的一般进出口税法关税项目编码和说明控制的产品，更新是以世界海关组织成员国采用的商品名称及编码协调制度第V次修改案为依据，目的是为了使用户和外贸机构在执行协议时具有较大的法律确定性。

　　该通报协议规定进口到墨西哥的产品分类和编码：（1）需符合动物健康进口要求咨询模块规定要求或国家农业食品卫生安全质量局动物卫生总司签发的动物健康要求；（2）需符合水生物种进口要求模块规定的要求；（3）由国家农业食品卫生安全质量局植物卫生总司入境点调控；（4）需符合植物卫生进口要求模块规定要求。符合本协议规定并不免除按适用法规进口商品所应执行的任何其他要求或法规。
