印尼政府目前正在考虑取消对低等煤炭出口的限制。

　　印尼政府此前起草了一项法令，禁止出口每千克热值低于5700千卡的煤。如果该法令通过，煤矿生产商要想出口煤矿，必须提升煤矿热值，但目前印尼提升煤矿热值的技术并不发达。由于国内需求不够大，煤矿生产商也不能将煤炭卖到国内。因此，该法令将对煤矿业造成打击。
