阿根廷当局于2012年12月13日发布第1640/2012号决议，禁止制造、装配和进口额定功率不高于21千瓦的，且使用臭氧层消耗物质氯二氟甲烷（chlorodifluoromethane ，HCFC-22）的家用空调设备。

　　决议于2013年6月30日生效。该物质已列入蒙特利尔协议（Montreal Protocol）附录C类别1中。阿根廷在商业领域对该设备的禁令将于2013年9月30日起实施。

　　禁令涵盖的空调设备包括（1）无管空调；（2）紧凑型窗式或挂墙式空调；（3）分体式空调；（4）便携式空调；（5）管道式空调。HCFC-22于2013年1月1日起禁止在阿国内销售，但家用空调的制造及装配方将允许在2013年4月30日前进口HCFC-22，只要进口量不超过2011年生产商或装配方购买的制冷剂总量的5%。

Ban covers air conditioning equipment including(1)Ductless air conditioning;(2)Compact window or wall air conditioning;(3)Split air conditioning;(4)Portable air conditioning;(5)Ducted air conditioning.HCFC - 22 in January 1, 2013, banned in domestic sales,But household air conditioning manufacturing and assembly will allow in April 2013 30 import HCFC - 22,As long as imports not more than 2011 manufacturers or assembly purchase of refrigerant 5% of the total.
