中国工业和信息化部官员周四表示，两种关键稀土金属铽和镝预计将面临出口限制，但中国不会禁止这两种金属的出口。

　　商务部外贸司副司长梁树和表示，去年中国稀有金属出口到日本、韩国、阿联酋占到总量的一半以上，出口产品仍以初级原料为主，今年1-7月我国出口锡产品2万吨，同比减少40%、钨产品5000吨，同比减少52%，钼产品6300吨，同比减少67，铟同比减少90%以上，今后政府将鼓励稀有金属的高附加值和制成品出口。
