　　陈德铭说，记者说的两年是不是?这是一个好的估计，我们也希望能快一点或者更快一点，但是工作团队没有设定最后的时间表。会不会超过两岸之间的ECFA，不要有这个担心，大陆领导人多次表示要充分考虑两岸的经济规模和市场条件的不同，在谈ECFA的时候会注意照顾台湾中小企业和广大民众的利益，尤其是照顾台湾农民的利益，比如跟台湾的早期收获，双方的减税规模基本是8.4:1，就是对台湾产品的减税额和台湾对大陆产品的减税额之比基本是8.4:1，与其他地方谈不会有这么大差距的减让比例，不应该有这方面的忧虑。

　　陈德铭指出，自贸区的谈判，无论是FTA也好，ECFA也好，谈完并不是结束，大家在谈的里面一定有条款表示，随着进一步的合作还需要不断地增加和补充新的内容。和东盟之间就是这样，跟香港之间更是这样，与香港已经签了九个补充协议，所以两岸之间即便ECFA谈下来了，也可以在今后的合作当中更进一步深化相关内容。
