商务部近日发布《中国对外贸易形势报告(2013年春季)》，对今年的外贸形势作出预判。报告称，如果外部环境不发生大变化，今年全年中国进出口将延续平稳增长态势，增长速度有望略高于上年，但大幅回升可能性不大。
