印度五矿公司(MTCC)贵金属部门经理Ashwini Kapoor称，如果印度央行(RBI)近期旨在限制银行黄金进口的措施生效，预计印度2014财年黄金进口量将降至500公吨以下，降幅约为50%。

　　在本月初公布的2013-2014年货币政策中，印度央行计划加强对银行从海外购买黄金的监管，同时限制贷款工具以控制国内黄金进口并遏制经常帐赤字。据称，法案细则将于5月底出炉。

　　Kapoor还表示，如果印度央行没有实施这些遏制措施，印度五矿公司从海外采购黄金的数量可能从去年的38公吨大幅增加至200公吨。

Kapoor said,If the reserve bank of India did not implement the containment measures,Number of India's ore company purchasing gold from overseas may surge of 38 tons from last year to 200 metric tons.

　　目前，印度国内的黄金价格下降15%，至27，500卢比/10克。而去年同期的价格为32，000卢比/10克。
