5月6日，辽宁省外经贸厅发布信息，省政府出台对辽宁百家重点出口企业予以重点支持的政策。省政府将与中国出口信用保险公司联手为企业定制承保方案，建立理赔绿色通道，提供潜在海外采购商信息，指导企业对外谈判，这一举措在全国尚属首例。据悉，辽宁省有11家骨干石化企业可望受惠于新政。

　　据了解，出口信用保险是稳定和扩大外贸出口的重要政策手段，新政策的出台将为辽宁省重点出口企业“走出去”提供保障。按照新规定，中国信保将针对辽宁百家重点出口企业的不同需求，制定个性化产品组合方案及承保方案；对百家重点出口企业中涉及重点行业和新兴市场的业务，实施差异化、更具针对性的承保政策，在公司政策范围内优先满足其信保需求，优先支持其对新兴市场的出口；协助百家重点出口企业完善风险管理机制，不断提高风险管理能力，密切跟踪其已投保的贸易及投资的风险变动，及时提供风险管理建议；同时还将向企业提供潜在和现实海外采购商和项目信息，指导企业进行对外谈判，帮助企业提高自营对外接单的能力，在企业项目报批、海外市场拓展方面提供信息支持和指导。中国信保还将建立百家重点出口企业的理赔快速通道。
