台当局大陆事务部门14日晚表示，已授权台湾海基会就两岸服务贸易协议的时间、地点等相关安排，与大陆海协会展开磋商；协议签署的时间、地点可望尽快确定。海基会发言人马绍章表示，下一次会谈按惯例将在大陆举行。
