我国针对外资的新政策今年迎来密集发布期。《经济参考报》记者日前从相关部门获悉，继外管局外商直接投资外汇管理新规、中西部地区外商投资优势产业目录之后，涉及完善外资审批程序、改善投资环境的系列政策有望年内出台。
