近日，越南为扭转贸易逆差，促进社会经济增长。越南科学技术部日前颁布关于进口中国机械设备的新规定。从2012年9月15日起，越南海关总局只允许经由科学技术部确认不属于暂停进口范围的中国产二手设备通关。

　　越南科学技术部近日颁布关于进口中国机械设备的新规定。规定称，越各职能部门将暂停进口中国2255家企业淘汰的18个领域的落后技术和设备。包括钢铁、合金、炼煤、铜、铅、锌、电解铝、冶炼、化纤、水泥、平板玻璃、造纸、酒及酒精、味精、熟皮、柠檬酸印染等生产行业二手设备。

Vietnam ministry of science and technology recently promulgated on import of China machinery and equipment of the new regulations.Regulation says,The more the functional departments will suspend the import of Chinese 2255 enterprises out of 18 field of backward technology and equipment.Including iron and steel/alloy/Refined coal/copper/lead/zinc/Electrolytic aluminium/smelting/Chemical fiber/cement/Flat glass/paper/Wine and alcohol/Monosodium glutamate/Cooked skin/Citric acid printing and dyeing and other production industries second-hand equipment.

　　从2012年9月15日起，越海关总局只允许经由科学技术部确认不属于暂停进口范围的中国产二手设备通关。为确认是否属于暂停进口产品，进口商可将原产地证、生产日期等证明材料寄至科学技术部，科学技术部将在30天内研复。

From sep. 15, 2012 up,The general administration of customs only allowed by ministry of science and technology confirmed that do not belong to suspend the import range of chinese-made second-hand equipment customs clearance.To confirm whether belong to suspend the import products,The importer can the country of origin/The production date documents sent to ministry of science and technology,Science and technology department within 30 days of complex inquiry.
