　　2006年10月13日，商务部发布年度第74号公告，决定对原产于日本、新加坡、韩国、台湾地区和美国的进口氨纶征收反倾销税，实施期限自2006年10月13日起5年。

　　一、裁定

　　商务部裁定，如果终止原反倾销措施，原产于日本、新加坡、韩国、台湾地区和美国的进口氨纶对中国大陆的倾销有可能继续或再度发生。如果终止原反倾销措施，原产于日本、新加坡、韩国、台湾地区和美国的进口氨纶对中国大陆产业造成的损害有可能再度发生。

　　二、反倾销措施

　　自2012年10月13日起，按照商务部2006年第74号公告、2008年第39号公告、2008年第68号公告、2010年第6号公告公布的征税范围和反倾销税税率征收反倾销税，实施期限5年。

　　三、征收反倾销税的方法

　　自2012年10月13日起，进口经营者在进口原产于日本、新加坡、韩国、台湾地区和美国的进口氨纶时，应向中华人民共和国海关缴纳相应的反倾销税。反倾销税以海关审定的完税价格从价计征，计算公式为：反倾销税税额＝海关完税价格×反倾销税税率。进口环节增值税以海关审定的完税价格加上关税和反倾销税作为计税价格从价计征。

　　四、行政复议和行政诉讼

　　根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》第五十三条，对本复审决定不服的，可以申请行政复议，也可以向人民法院提起诉讼。
