来自盖世汽车网的数据显示，在国内汽车消费增长放缓之际，中国汽车出口正呈现快速增长。今年1-8月，我国累计生产汽车1247.03万辆，同比仅增5.2%。而汽车出口量同比增长25.1%，达到67.54万辆，占汽车产量的比重已从2009年的2.7%，持续3年增长至5.4%，增长了1倍。

　　2011年，俨然成为中国乘用车增长的大拐点。这一年，我国乘用车出口量占汽车出口总量的比重首次超过商用车，达到55.3%。这一态势持续至今，2012年1-8月，乘用车出口量占比扩大至60.5%，出口增速明显超过商用车。

　　今年上半年，我国汽车出口金额同比增长36.4%至62.76亿美元，增速再度高于出口量增速。平均出口均价为1.43万美元/辆，高于2011年的1.34万美元/辆，也高于2009年的1.40万美元/辆。其中，乘用车出口额同比增长29.2%，至17.94亿美元，出口均价提升至7595美元/辆，高于2011年的7105美元/辆，也高于2009年的7203美元/辆。但商用车出口额同比增长39.6%，至44.83亿美元，出口均价提升至2.20万美元/辆，约为乘用车的三倍。总体看，乘用车出口状况有了很大进步，但出口总额的仍只有商用车的40%。
