11月6日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，由于成员国内企业未对原产于巴西、以色列和印度的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的反倾销措施提起日落复审申请，因此决定自2012年11月7日正式取消上述反倾销措施。

　　2000年5月，欧盟对原产于印度的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜进行反倾销立案调查；2001年8月，欧盟对此案作出肯定性终裁。2004年11月，欧盟将上述反倾销措施扩展至自巴西、以色列进口的涉案产品。
