记者昨日从国家外汇管理局获悉，为进一步促进贸易投资便利化，国家外汇管理局日前发布了《国家外汇管理局关于进一步改进和调整直接投资外汇管理政策的通知》、《国家外汇管理局关于外商投资合伙企业外汇管理有关问题的通知》，两项新规均自2012年12月17日起实施。
