阿斯塔纳市海关监管司叶斯穆哈诺夫处长日前在“完善海关事务协商会议”例会上向媒体透露，哈将于2013年1月1日起把手机进口关税从目前的5%下调至零。

　　叶斯穆哈诺夫指出，至2015年台式和笔记本电脑进口关税将从10%下降至9%；至2016年DVD播放器进口关税将从15%下调至8%；至2015年LCD显示器进口关税将从20%下调至零；至2013-2015年通讯设备及其组件将从5-10%下调至零；家电和电子产品进口关税维持不变。

YeSiMu ha panov pointed out,To 2015 desktop and notebook computers import tariffs will be dropped from 10% to 9%;To 2016 DVD player import tariffs will be cut from 15% to 8%;To 2015 LCD display import tariffs will be cut from 20% to zero;To 2013-2015 communication equipment and its components from 5-10% down to zero;Electrical appliances and electronic products import tariff remain unchanged.
