吉林省商务厅、吉林省财政厅和中国出口信用保险公司长春办事处日前共同启动了“吉林省小微企业出口信用保险支持计划”，以实际行动提振小微企业出口信心，促进外贸稳定增长。

　　这项支持计划遵循“政府缴保费，信保给保障，企业扩出口”的思路。在计划中，吉林省商务厅、吉林省财政厅加大了对小微企业投保保费扶持力度，为全省小微企业投保出口信用保险给予保费额80%的扶持资金，长春市还在此基础上增加保费额20%的资金扶持。中国出口信用保险公司长春办事处研究出台了小微企业“信保易”方案，具有零门槛、低成本、高保障、理赔简易的特点，给予“信保易”方案风险容忍度160%的特殊支持。根据这项计划，长春办事处还与省商务厅合作，在全省选择120家小微企业给予特殊支持，中国信保将为这120家小微企业减免40%保费，省财政提供60%保费的资金扶持。
