第一届中国（上海）国际技术进出口交易会新闻发布会今日举行，商务部服务贸易和商贸服务业司司长周柳军在会上表示，我国技术贸易发展迅速、结构不断优化、稳步快速增长的态势初步形成。

　　与此同时，技术贸易结构也不断优化。2006年至2011年，技术出口合同数从281项增长到47221项，合同金额从5.8亿美元增长到213.99亿美元；我国的技术引进已经从最初以成套设备、关键设备、生产线为主逐渐转变成以专有技术许可、技术咨询与技术服务等方式为主，专有技术、技术咨询和服务，分别从2006年占全部引进额的33%和23.5%，上升到2011年的37.13%和35.85%；同时，成套设备、关键设备、生产线分别从2006年占全部引进额的13%，下降到2011年的2.84%。
