昨日，海协会与台湾海基会在广州举行两岸经济合作委员会（以下简称经合会）第四次例会。大陆首席代表蒋耀平在例会后的记者会上表示，自两岸经济合作框架协议（ECFA）签署之后，特别是进入今年后，早期收获计划实施效果超过预期。

　　据悉，今年8月9日《海峡两岸投资保障和促进协议》和《海峡两岸海关合作协议》正式签署，而本次例会也商讨了协议执行的工作机制以及协议生效后拟交换的工作文件，并通过广开培训会、研讨会、宣讲会进行宣传推介两项协议。

　　蒋耀平认为，经合会在两岸经贸社团互设办事机构上已取得突破。他介绍说，台方“台湾贸易中心”与陆方“中国机电产品进出口商会”设立代表机构皆各自获得对方审批通过，目前经合会正在推动两家机构尽快挂牌，双方业务主管部门将于评估执行情况后，再进一步协商新增经贸社团互设办事机构事宜。
