中国东盟商务理事会中方常务副秘书长许宁宁今日在2012年度经济形势分析会上表示，今年中国和东盟间的贸易额将首次突破4000亿美元。

　　目前，中国与东盟已经就启动“区域全面经济伙伴关系”(RCEP)达成了共识，RCEP建成后，将有效消除内部贸易壁垒，创造和完善自由的投资环境、扩大服务贸易。据悉，建成后的RCEP，将占据全世界近一半的人口，达到全球生产总值的三分之一，形成世界上规模最大的自由贸易区。
