欧盟近日正式通过“木材及木制品规例和新环保设计指令”，计划于明年3月3日开始强制实施。从欧盟此次发布的官方解释来看，这项指令的初衷是希望进一步改善林业经营和采伐活动，阻止非法采伐的木材进入欧盟市场。
