据基辅12月20日消息，乌克兰农业部长Mykola Prysyazhnyuk周四表示，乌克兰将准许出口商额外出口30万吨小麦，并且出口商可以从国家干涉基金粮食储备中买入小麦。乌克兰此前曾敦促小麦出口商暂停出口。
