在20日召开的老挝投资说明会上，中国-东盟商务理事会中方常务副秘书长许宁宁表示，中国已连续多年是东盟的第一大贸易伙伴，今年1至11月双方贸易额达3600亿美元，同比增长9.3%；中国企业在东盟投资同比增长31%，东盟已经成为中国企业海外投资的首选市场。
