经国务院关税税则委员会审议并报国务院批准，自今日起，我国将对进出口关税进行部分调整，此次调整增列硒化氢、垃圾焚烧炉、生物杀虫剂、混凝土泵车等税目。调整后，我国2013年进出口税目总数由2012年的8194个增至8238个。为积极增加进口，2013年我国将对780多种进口商品实施低于最惠国税率的年度进口暂定税率。并适当延长化肥淡季税率适用时间并降低淡季出口关税税率，部分化肥产品出口关税的征收方式由从价计征改为从量计征。
