据报道，商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳昨天就美国新财年国防授权法案中涉华出口管制问题发表了谈话。

According to the report,The ministry of commerce spokesman ShenDanYang yesterday the United States in the new fiscal year defense authorization bill SheHua export control problem made a conversation.

　　他表示，中方注意到这一法案放宽了卫星及相关物项出口管制，但对中国仍保持严控，中方对此表示严重关切。

He said,Chinese pay attention to the bill on the satellite and the control of the export of related items,But still keep tight control in China,China expressed serious concern.
