印度驻科伦坡最高公署日前宣布，印度政府已经接受了斯里兰卡的要求，放宽对印度出口500万件服装所采购面料的条件，印度正在进行必要的取消条件的审批程序。相关通知将于数周后发布。一旦印度政府发布通知，斯里兰卡将能够按照印度-斯里兰卡自由贸易协议（ISFTA），以零关税对印度出口800万件服装，所用面料没有国别限制。 

India in Colombo highest office has announced,The Indian government has accepted the requirements of Sri Lanka,To relax the India exports purchased 5 million pieces of clothing fabric conditions,India is necessary to cancel conditions of the examination and approval procedures.Related notice will be in a few weeks after the release.Once the Indian government issued notice,Sri Lanka will be able to according to India - Sri Lanka free trade agreement(ISFTA),With zero tariff to India exports and 8 million pieces of clothing,The fabrics not allocated limit. 

　　根据现行的ISFTA安排，印度允许两类服装配额以零关税对印度出口：300万件服装的面料可从印度以外国家采购，另外500万件服装只能用印度面料。斯里兰卡在过去几年能够充分利用300万件服装配额，但是500万件服装的配额使用率仅有10%~15%。 

According to the current ISFTA arrangement,India allowed two types of clothing quotas to zero tariff on India exports:3 million pieces of clothing fabric from outside India country sourcing,Another 5 million pieces of clothing can only use India fabrics.Sri Lanka in the past few years can make full use of 3 million pieces of clothing quotas,But 5 million pieces of clothing quotas utilization rate is only 10% ~ 15%. 

　　今年9月6日，根据印度修改对最不发达国家关税制度，印度宣布进一步减少斯里兰卡的进口关税，自斯里兰卡进口的纺织产品关税由11%下降为5%，这也将促进斯里兰卡纺织品对印度的出口。
