　　巴方拟以中国台北为替代市场来计算正常价值。因涉案产品生产商和出口商数量众多，巴方将选取出口量较大者发放调查问卷。相关利害关系方可在公告日起20天内向巴方申请参加调查。相关涉案企业应在40天内填写并提交调查问卷。
