根据欧洲统计局已发布的部分欧盟成员国对外贸易统计，2012年11月，除荷兰和英国外，德国、西班牙、法国、意大利等欧盟主要国家对华贸易重陷低迷状态。

　　从自华进口看，意大利、德国、西班牙和法国当月自华进口额同比（下同）分别下跌21.1%、11.8%、10.3%和0.7%，特别是我在欧盟第一大贸易伙伴德国，当月自华进口跌幅创2012年之最；荷兰和英国当月自华进口保持正增长，增幅分别为17.3%和1.3%。
