著名智库加拿大咨议局22日发表报告称，加元升值无法解释加拿大贸易逐步向新兴经济体倾斜的事实。

　　该报告显示，2000年至今，加拿大对其最大贸易伙伴美国的出口基本没有增长，但对新兴市场的出口则增长了80％。报告称，在同一时期，加元对其他很多货币都有所升值，但加拿大对这些地区和国家的双边贸易却都增长了。

　　报告称，过去10年美国在加拿大外贸中的地位逐渐下降，而中国的地位则日益上升，加拿大和中国、美国之间正在逐渐建立一种新的贸易平衡。
