据乌兹别克斯坦方面统计，2012年，中国与乌兹别克斯坦之间的双边贸易额达到28.75亿美元，再创历史新高，同比增长32.75%。其中，中国向乌兹别克斯坦出口17.84亿美元，同比增长31.27%；中国从乌兹别克斯坦进口10.91亿美元，同比增长35.26%。
