3月8日，商务部部长陈德铭就“发展国内贸易和促进经济合作”的相关问题回答中外记者提问。会后面对媒体们的围堵追问，陈德铭表示，今年对外贸的总体形势审慎乐观，考虑到国际环境的不确定性，今年外贸增长的预期是8%左右。
