美国全国零售商联合会6日发布研究报告说，进口商品大幅削减了美国家庭的购物成本，进口活动也为美国创造了大量的就业岗位。

　　该协会发布的研究报告说，过去10年来进口大幅削减了消费品价格，电视机价格下降87%，电脑价格下降75%，玩具价格下降43%，餐具价格下降33%。

　　报告还说，美国要是没有贸易保护主义关税，进口就会帮助消费者节省更多的钱。比如，鞋类关税高达48%、服装关税32%、床上用品关税21%，而包括床上用品在内的家庭装饰品、衣服和鞋等都属于美国进口额最多的前10种商品。
