记者从日前此间举行的首届中国（上海）国际技术进出口交易会上了解到，受经济发展水平及科技创新能力制约，中国技术贸易多年来处于逆差状态，加之三大技术性贸易壁垒限制，中国技术出口的国际竞争力亟待提高。
