世界贸易组织14日召开总理事会正式会议，全体一致通过任命巴西人罗伯托·阿泽维多为该组织下任总干事。阿泽维多成为首位来自拉丁美洲的世贸组织总干事，接替将于8月31日卸任的帕斯卡尔·拉米。
