商务部昨日发布通知，向符合条件的企业下达2012年第二批稀土出口配额。有24家企业获得共计9770吨配额，其中轻稀土和中重稀土出口配额分别为8537吨和1233吨。

　　商务部表示，此次下达的配额量根据相关企业2009-2011年出口实绩计算，包钢集团、五矿集团、广晟有色、中国铝业等企业均在此次下达范围内。原待审核企业中，包钢集团公司下属的内蒙古包钢稀土(集团)高科技股份有限公司等6家公司通过环保核查，这些公司第一批应得配额量与第二批配额量一并下达。

　　据悉，我国从2007年开始对稀土出口实行配额制，今年第一批分两次下达的出口配额数量为21226吨。至此，今年我国的稀土出口总配额已达30996吨，高于去年的30184吨。
