　　为积极贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干意见》，国家税务总局近日发布通知，要求各地税务机关在落实各项出口退税政策、进一步提高工作效率的同时，要继续做好防范和打击骗取出口退税工作。

　　据了解，今年1月至7月，各地税务机关共办理出口退税5946亿元，同比增长14%，高于同期外贸出口增幅。但当前外贸出口形势依然严峻，对此国家税务总局明确要求，各地税务机关要切实提高工作效率，准确及时办理出口退税。出口货物税收函调的回函工作务必在规定时限内完成，回函内容应明确无歧义。

　　税务总局要求，各地税务机关要继续做好出口退税业务提醒服务，及时将出口退税审核系统生成的出口退税业务提醒信息通知出口企业，方便企业及时掌握本企业出口退(免)税申报、审核、退库进度及申报退(免)税期限即将到期等情况，使企业一方面能根据退税情况统筹安排经营活动，另一方面能根据税务机关管理要求及时收回有关单证申报退(免)税，避免不必要的损失。
