新华社北京11月8日电记者 张辛欣中国纺织工业联合会副会长高勇8日在全国纺织行业质量大会上透露，1至9月我国纺织品服装出口总额1926.93亿美元，同比增长1.04%，出口形势仍然严峻。中纺联表示，将着重提升纺服行业质量和品牌建设，平抑外需疲软、劳动力原材料价格上涨等对行业发展带来的波动。
