近日，商务部网站刊发《十六大以来商务成就综述之三：服务贸易稳步发展 全球地位快速上升》。报告显示，2002-2011年，我国服务进出口从855亿美元增长到4191亿美元，增长了3.9倍，年均增长19%。其中，服务出口从394亿美元增长到1821亿美元，年均增幅达19%；服务进口从461亿美元增长到2370亿美元，年均增幅达20%。同期，我国服务进出口的国际排名不断上升。服务出口排名由第11位上升至第4位，服务进口排名由第9位上升至第3位。

　　服务贸易结构渐趋优化。十六大以来，我国旅游、运输等传统行业在服务进出口总额中的占比逐年下降，保险、计算机和信息服务、咨询等新兴行业的占比逐步上升。2002年，旅游、运输等传统服务占服务进出口总额的比重达六成以上，保险等新兴行业服务进出口所占份额远低于世界平均水平。但2011年新兴行业服务出口比重已占服务出口总额的53.8%。
